SUNBURY ON THAMES HISTORIC HOUSE RESTORED TO FORMER GLORY

One of our most prestigious projects was the complete restoration of an original Grade II listed Georgian manor house of great stature in Lower Sunbury village.  The residence had been used as an office building since the 1970s, and left unoccupied for several years.  We split the property into three amazing family homes with stunning period features.   This finished property featured luxurious and contemporary accommodation over four floors, full of character features and fully equipped with modern conveniences such as underfloor heating.  Our Interior Design team built a beautiful, bespoke Mark Wilkinson kitchen to complement the period and maximise the stunning high ceilings. This challenging restoration began with the removal of the office infrastructure to reveal the stunning original building.  Our Design & Build team completely replanned the configuration of new rooms to provide substantial, elegant accommodation.  The Interior Design team then recreated the Georgian ambiance with superior materials and period features.
