MEET THE CLIENT
Assessment of your existing plans is carried out, or we can produce plans for you or provide a complete Design & Build service.
Reality Check – experienced advice on plans, structural requirements & gaining planning permission is provided. Contact us now to discuss your project.
Your requirements incorporating your lifestyle, budget, timescales and desired finish are fully discussed. We can usually give you an indication of what is involved and how much your project is likely to cost.
SCOPE THE PROJECT
We investigate the works, materials supply and professional costs involved.
A Proposal detailing the Schedule of Works and quotation is given to the client.
The project timescale, phases and payment milestones are agreed.
A ‘contract’ between us and the client documents all the agreed deliverables and fine detail.
Structural calculations and other professional consultations are carried out.
PROJECT COMMENCEMENT
An experienced Project Manager plans and directs the entire process.
Construction begins and is supervised by us to smoothly run the project from start to finish.
Our specialist, skilled tradespeople efficiently complete each stage of construction from excavation to finishing.
ONGOING PROJECT CONTROL
Adherence to all necessary regulations, planning requirements and structural plans is ensured.
Ongoing discussions with the client assist with decisions on materials and finishes to ensure quality, approval and management of the agreed budget.
We coordinate with any third parties involved in the project such as interior designers, kitchen designers, bathroom and other suppliers to merge work and completion timescales to meet client agreements.
Regular consultations are carried out to keep you informed of everything that is going on.
PROJECT COMPLETION AND BEYOND
The full schedule of works is completed according to the standards agreed with the client.
Snagging is completed.
We ensure that the site is left completely clear and a full post-build clean can be arranged.
Our new build homes are delivered with a full LABC 10 year warranty.
Full boiler, gas and electrical installations are certified.
Planning conditions and building regulations are completed.
Ongoing customer care – we maintain a strong relationship with our clients to fulfil our ongoing obligations and assist with any longer term issues with their homes.
INTERIOR DESIGN
At any stage of the build we can provide general advice and planning services particularly for Kitchens and Bathrooms. Or we can design and complete beautiful schemes for specific rooms or for the entire home.
We are VAT registered and provide full public and employers’ liability insurance cover.
